Vishy Mahadevan, Chief Technology Officer of Optimx, is an accomplished technical and business leader with over 25 years of experience supporting mission-critical initiatives, agile innovation, and human-centered design, with a proven ability to transform enterprise strategies into tangible outcomes.

Mr. Mahadevan has a proven track record of building, growing, and leading high-performance engineering, data, and technology teams with a strong focus on culture, delivery, and innovation with demonstrated competencies across multiple practice areas, including but not limited to supporting Digital Transformation, Enterprise Data Management, Business & Technical Architecture, Product Management, Emerging Trends, and Innovation.

Mr. Mahadevan has successfully worked with CIO, CDO, CTO, and business and technical leadership to develop a multi-year strategy and worked with diverse technical & cross-functional teams in a fast-paced multi-vendor environment for supporting technical implementations.

Mr. Mahadevan has previously supported several modernizations and transformation initiatives at various federal agencies, including Federal Communications Commission (FCC), US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), General Services Administration (GSA), National Science Foundation (NSF), and Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
